Promulgating the List of high-risk artificial intelligence systems

The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 33 promulgating the List of high-risk artificial intelligence systems, aiming to concretize legal provisions on artificial intelligence and establish a basis for the management and supervision of AI systems that may have significant impacts on the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals, public interests, national security, and social order and safety. The Decision will take effect from August 15, 2026.
