The Department of Personnel and Organization is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the organization, personnel, salary, administrative reform, internal politics protection, human resource training and development in the science and technology sectors; implementation of its State-owner rights and obligations to enterprises under its control in accordance with the provisions of law.
