Viet Nam advances specialised chip development to strengthen semiconductor capabilities

<p style="text-align: justify;">Viet Nam has identified the semiconductor industry as a priority area in its efforts to strengthen strategic technological capabilities. Specialised chips are seen as a segment where Vietnamese enterprises have significant room to move further up the value chain. However, major challenges remain, from chip design and pilot production to testing and commercialisation.</p>
