Expanding the space for science and technology cooperation with Russia and France

<p style="text-align: justify;">Science, technology and innovation are becoming increasingly important areas of cooperation between Viet Nam and partners with strong technological capabilities. During General Secretary and State President To Lam's visit to the Russia and the France from September 7 to 12, new directions and cooperation programmes were advanced. Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan joined the high-level delegation and undertook a range of important activities to strengthen science and technology cooperation with the two countries.</p>
