Authority of Radio Frequency Management

The Authority of Radio Frequency Management is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the radio frequency management in nationwide.

The Authority of Radio Frequency Management has its tasks and powers according to Decision 159/QD-BKHCN dated March 3rd 2025 of the Minister of Science and Technology prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Authority of Radio Frequency Management.
